2. Figure out what retailer you want to shop for gifts.
3. Search for the retailer on Ebates or view the alerts on your browser (if you have the Ebates Chrome Extension – check out this post for more details on how Ebates works).
4. Click on the store’s name and you’ll be redirected to the retailer’s website to make your purchase. If you’re using the Ebates Chrome extension, the Ebates button will pop up anytime you visit a participating retailer’s website and there’s a cash back opportunity.
5. As long as you keep the same browser open, Ebates will track the click to the retailer’s website and search for purchases made. Once your purchase is verified, they will add the cashback percentage to your Ebates account.
6. Continue your holiday shopping and wait for your big fat check (or direct deposit into your Paypal account).
